Please note that extra beds and baby cribs are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival. Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under. Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 45 per night. A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in. Please note that an extra fee of 20 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
